Our staff, including a psychiatrist, anesthesiologist, and physician assistants with mental health subspecialties, provides traditional and interventional psychiatric treatment for depression, anxiety, insomnia, and related conditions. We individualize your treatment plan based on your unique circumstances, and the course of your illness.
We offer conservative psychiatric medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, Theta Burst Stimulation, and intravenous (IV) and intramuscular (IM) ketamine therapy.
The success that we have with our patients is largely due to our integrated approach to all of the services and treatments that we offer.
Pacific Psych applies a conservative strategy to antidepressants and other psychiatric medications. We often help people reduce medications, with options that were not available even a few years ago.
We avoid using certain classes of medications, especially benzodiazepines, given the high likelihood of dependence and tolerance developing. We typically use non-benzodiazepine alternatives for reducing anxiety.
Most of all, we will listen, evaluate, present your options to you as we see them, and support your own best choices.
At Pacific Psych Centers (PPC), we focus on interventional treatments for depression, anxiety, insomnia, and other psychiatric conditions while also mindful of patients’ general health and wellness. We individualize each treatment plan based on your current context, goals, and medical history. PPC provides mental health counseling, conservative psychiatric medication management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Theta Burst Stimulation, and intravenous (IV) and intramuscular (IM) ketamine therapy.
Injectable Ketamine Therapy
Drs. Jake and Jessica Hollingsworth founded Pacific Psych Centers, Inc. (PPC), formerly Ketamine For Life, in 2015 and has been a pioneer in the use of Intravenous (IV) and Intramuscular (IM) ketamine for depression. Dr. Jake Hollingsworth, along with 6 other physicians, co-founded the American Society of Ketamine Physicians (ASKP), a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and awareness of the use of ketamine for depression and other psychiatric and pain conditions.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy
TMS therapy is FDA-approved to treat patients suffering from depression who have not achieved satisfactory improvements from antidepressant medications. Over one million treatments have been performed.
