Ayah Beiruti, AMFT, Patient Care Coordinator
Ayah completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego and is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She obtained 1,000 clinical hours at SHARP Mesa Vista Hospital, treating patients with an array of mental health concerns. She completed her undergraduate degree at San Diego State, majoring in Sociology and Anthropology. Ayah adopts a Rogerian approach in therapy to help individuals take action into creating the necessary changes in their lives.
Growing up between San Diego and the Middle East, Ayah has the ability to integrate cultural considerations into the therapeutic process. Incorporating ACT therapy, mindfulness techniques, and motivational interviewing into her treatment modalities, Ayah has a passion for helping individuals feel empowered, heard, and motivated. She welcomes all thoughts and feelings with unconditional positive regard.
